When Michael suggested this, I was a little surprised. I was thrilled that we actually had the caliber of writer like Michael submitting an audio drama, but then to suggest it had Hugo potential was very humbling. I've been for the most part quiet about it, but as you can see from the current top episodes for this month, Michael's story is slowly moving up the charts again. People are checking it out for consideration.
So, I ask you to do the same. If you attended last year's Worldcon or purchase at least a supporting membership for this year, you may get in on the nomination process. Learn more about how here.

I liked it, but the dead air when the main character was eating and performing some other actions felt like there was something missing. I would like to see more, though. Thanks for the free entertainment.
Okay, so as the writer of the audio drama, perhaps my own review would be a little biased. But I do want to say that I very much enjoyed the production. Everyone did a great job of bringing the characters to life, and I was also impressed with the incorporation of the special sound effects. (It's one thing to write "WEIRD MUSIC" in a script, it's quite another to hear the music being used.) Other good things included the voice modulation for the aliens and the clarity with which lines were spoken. (Still, I'm reminded as always to read my work aloud before submitting it...)

Nicley put together. It's amazing how it sounds like we were in the same room.

I think I'd give it 4 out of 5.

Decisions
Hey, just wanted to second that. Very nicely done, kudos all the way around, particularly to Keith who did a fantastic job in the lead role.
Hearing this definitely nudged the anthology up a few notches in my "too read" list.
thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it!
