Technology and education have always gone hand in hand.  But what are the benefits and what are the detriments to a teacher and a student who rely on such technology?  John and Judy discuss this with NYC public school assistant principal Steve Bennett.  Make sure you rate the episode at the bottom of this entry and comment on it here.

 

Steve Bennett was a teacher of middle school and high school students for over two decades in various parochial and public schools in New York City. For the last two years, he has been an assistant principal at a Bronx middle school, where he is also the school data specialist. He uses technology on a daily basis as part of his job, and he guides his school and his teachers in the use of new and emerging technologies.
