A year and a half past Nemesis.
To put it all in context....
Deep Space Nine ended at the end of 2375.
Nemesis took place near the end of 2379.
My novel Articles of the Federation covered the entire year 2380, as did all the Titan and TNG post-Nemesis novels.
Destiny takes place in early 2381, with A Singular Destiny picking up two months later.
